Order Processing Times

All orders are processed within 2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. During peak periods (such as sales events or holidays), processing times may be extended to 3 business days.

You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase, followed by a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
